Rob,

Yes, a validity checking program would work for a machine that is at
QSECURITY level 30 or lower.  The recommended method now would be to
build a command exit program.

Might a validity checking program, (VCP) on the telnet command work?
Thus
the VCP could say if the job user is xxxx and they are trying to go to
YYY
then tell them to go to #$%^?
