If the session ends I would have a look at the system value QDEVRCYACN Device I/O error action If you set this to *ENDJOB then whe a session is disconnected. like turning off a dumb tube. the job would end. ------------------------- Bryan Dietz 3X Corporation 614-410-9205 ============ If a dial up user abruptly loses connection to the network and they are connected to the AS/400 via CAE, their session will remain active under wrkactjob and it will prevent them from reconnecting. Is there a timeout value or something that can be modified so the system clears zombied sessions? Adam Lang
