RE: Hardware Upgrade Question

John,

IBM describes in their documentation which feature upgrades are
"Customer Setup" and which are not.  The #7101 is not.

I would not hold out much hope that IBM would provide documentation on a
public web site for customer installation of this feature.

Perhaps you could take your CE to dinner?
