Try looking at the signon info.  Are some using the windows user name and
other have the prompting turned on?

Thanks Chris.  My problem is on the VPN concentrator where our Network folks
are performing some firewall-type functions, opening up only specific ports.
Clients are blocked from connecting because the remote command server port
is blocked, though one PC seems to be able to get through.  If I'm able to
administer this change to use standard ports won't the client PC's still be
trying to pass through the concentrator using the default port number for
remote command (port 8475)?
