Sorry for the late reply.

My opinion is based on articles published in MC. Every "How to configure TCP/IP 
(function) on the iSeries" article told me to use O(o)ps Nav, because that was 
the only way to it, as there was not a proper command for this on the AS/400.

There are same basic commands, but they did not cover all of TCP/IP (perhaps 
now, then I stand  corrected, but I doubt that).
