An ex co-worker tried to run this command I sent her on V4R5 and she said
they don't have the STMFCODPAG parmeter on that version.  Any help on how to
get around this?  Is it just a matter of ignoring that parm on her release?
It works perfectly on V5R1.

Footnote:  I've avoided that command for a while.  I used CPYTOPCD and
created .PRN files.  Using this CPYTOIMPF is so much easier and cleaner.
I'm sorry I put it off!
