Our clients use ETS/400 from SAA for EDI ordering which does the job pretty
well and the support people are always helpful.

Yes, we have "drilled down" to Inovis and it's still as horrible as all of
it's predecessors in my opinion.  Support seems to be optional.  Extol
always got back to me within 2 hours at worst and has a pretty nice online
knowledge base.
