There is - or at least for most of them - I didn't chime in before since I
assumed you had already looked there.  I know - assuming is bad thing ...

There are two main manuals that cover the majority of the C oriented
functions - they are the C and C++ Library reference, and the Unix/Posix API
reference.  I don't have time to look up the number I'm afraid but the ever
helpful (?) InfoCenter should find them for you.  Locate the C/C++ by
searching for (say) strtok and the other one by searching for (say)
Qp0lProcessSubtree.

Don't forget to read the RPG Redbook for information on how to use standards
C functions like fopen when using files in the IFS.
