Most IBM products have an associated library. TCP/IP has QTCP, adn qsh has
QSHELL. These libraries often have a message file. And QSHELL does. You'll
find the message there.

Another method is to use WRKMSGF *ALL/Q* and look for clues in the library
name, or the message file name.
