There was a menu that would allow you to set the values that a subsystem
would use when started but I can not remember the command and looking at
what I think it should be is sending me in ever widening circles.
Specifically I want to alter the RUNPTY value for all jobs run in that
subsystem. Currently I need to change them manually and that is getting old
fast!
