Create a QCMDSRC source file.

Create in this file a member MENU.

Enter keywords CMD and pres F4 fill in a title and press Enter.

For parameters use keyword PARM

Exit SEU

In fornt of member use PDM-option 14, press F4 and fill in at parameter 
"Programme to process command" MENUCL, and hit Enter.

Command should compile.

For easy reference use the CL reference chapter 9. Perhaps at 
www.mcpressonline.com you can find some articles on creating commands. From Jan 
1993 to April 1993 there was a complete series by Richard Shaler. I do not 
know, whether it is on the web, but worth looking for.
