No it does not.  Read the message again.  You can have many, many IPs on one
card.

But Jim -- if you can assign two IP addresses to the '400 (meaning
that you can get another.  You can easily assign two or more to the
same network interface) then EACH ADDRESS gets a port 80 and port 443.
