You must be thinking of Service Director at V5R1 for CE
intervention....PM/400 ships with the OS at V5R1, and no CE intervention
required.  You configure PM/400 data collection through Ops Navigator.  You
will find a specific entry for PM/400 under Collection Services on the
system you are working with in Ops Navigator.

There is also a menu, GO PM400 with some stuff you need to look at.  Option
1 to verify your support contact information, and, Option 3 to work with
PM/400 customization.  Check these out before using Ops Navigator to start
PM/400 Collection services.
