Do a DSPPGM on the ILE program. Press Enter twice, and you will see a list
of modules associated with the program. Opeion 5 on the modules will show
the source information for the module. ILE modules are compiled from source,
ILE programs are created from modules. Even in a "one program" scenario,
there is a module with (usually) the same name as the resulting program.

ILE program objects do not have source. Modules have source.

Subject: RPG ILE Compiler

I have what appers to be a simple question. It is related to the RPG/400
and RPG/ILE compilers.

When I compile an RPG/400 program, the resulting object contains reference
to the source member (by using DSPOBJD). While I compile an RGP/ILE program,
the resulting object DOES NOT contain reference to the source member (by
using DSPOBJD).

The reason for the DSPOBJD empahasis is that it allows wildcards and output
to an outfile, etc...

Does anyone know how I can get the RPG/ILE program to save this information?

Thank you,
