I'm just looking for input here.  I've been leasing a model 270 under the
developer's program for a little while now, and I just got a call from a
nice lady at IBM who wanted to tell me about Greenstreak.

I'm just wondering what everyone considers the pros and cons of the two
programs.  Is it worth it to move from the developer program to Greenstreak?
Which machine is covered under Greenstreak?  I've got a little 270-2250,
which it seems to me would still be cheaper to buy straight up than go to
the Greenstreak model, even after the discount.

What I'm considering is possibly buying a machine on Greenstreak, using it
to get current on V5R2, and then returning the other box when the lease runs
out.  From a cashflow perspective, this is the worst of all worlds, but it's
got the benefit of a short-term duplication of resources and a clean
migration path to V5R2.
