All the save steps that need to be done periodically, like SAVSECDTA can be
run by the scheduler.  The only part of the save that cant be run by the
scheduler is the part that does not have to be run periodically, that is the
save of the operating system.  The OS only has to be saved after a release
upgrade and after PTFs have been installed.
