Example of UDDS use

I am attempting to learn how to use user defined data streams (UDDS) but I'm
not clear on exactly how to set it up and I can't find any good examples.
Can anyone tell me what should be in the data stream to do  the following:

1. Clear the screen
2. Display a message 25 bytes long on line 10, column 20
3. Display a message 30 bytes long on line 24, column 3
4. Allow numeric input on line 11, column 20
5. Allow alpha input on line 12, column 30
6. Allow the F3 and F12 keys.

With this example and the manual I should be able to figure it out..
