Ariba

Anyone doing anything with Ariba?  We have some large customers that have
asked us to upload our catalog in CIF file format to Ariba so that they can
order our product thru Ariba.  This was pretty easy but now we'd like to
receive those orders in some sort of automated method and the choices are
cXML, ANSI X12 EDI 850, or EDIFACT (there's also e-mail and faxing but I
don't think either of those would allow for anything automated).  And,
because we're not "doing" EDI, that pretty much leaves us with cXML, which I
know nothing about.  Any hints, tips or gotchas that anyone want to share on
this?
