(One day I'll remember top change the topic) Alright, here's a broad general question. I've been a simple developer for so long that I know very little about the brave new world of software delivery and support options. I still use faxes for ordering PTFs (but at least I order CD-ROMs, not tapes!). There are various ways to get software from IBM, ranging from faxing PTF requests (my personal favorite) to iPTF to the Software Mall. There are also various support options, ranging from Software Subscription on to something I recently heard about called "Internet Options Support". Can anybody break down the differences between these various entities? For example, let's say I want to upgrade to the latest version of WDSc. I've got software susbcription. What do I do? Or another example. I've got Tomcat installed and I need help configuring it. What level of support do I need to have to get support from IBM? Enquiring minds want to know... Joe
