Gentlemen. It seems to me that you need to agree on the definition of "bug" before proceeding furthur. Rob apparently defines "bug" as features that should be included or are included in similar applications. Therefore, Rob would define the lack of EDI support in one vendor's application as a bug if it existed in another's application. Joe, on the other hand, uses what I believe to be a more traditional definition. That is errors that end or cause problems to the application or if data is corrupted in ways not expected by the design. As for CODE/400 not offering anything to enhance the coding experience...well...the ability to see the entire RPG IV line at once instead of using F20 and F19 to see parts of it has tremendous benefit to me. And yes, I know I can just use a 132 column display, but I can't read those very well. Just my opinion, of course. Donald R. Most terminal access nowadays is with a pc based 5250 emulator - and these support colors. Nope, the bug is in SEU. <clip>
