That's right. But SQL won't use those. RPG can. DSPPFM can. There are, also, some functions handled by DDM that establish sessions and send commands back and forth, IIRC. That's what I was referring to. IOW, DRDA is built on the DDM engine somehow, I think. As is SBMRMTCMD.
