Vern, I must agree on the religious nature of the debate. I have always been of the persuasion that having consistently applied standards is absolutely more important than what the standards are. Within a shop it is imperative that consistent standards are enforced. What they are is really secondary, provided there are some logical underpinnings to the conventions.
