Try ending and restarting QMSF??

We were having problems (very slow response) and an IPL cleared it up. IBM
doesn't know why, but it did. Just like a windows machine. *shrug*

We are trying to send email via SNDDST and no mail goes out. I do know that
we are at 90% used for DASD and that at a certain percentage it does stop
working... but how do you get it working again? SMTP is started.
