RE: Return from restricted state

My advice below is poorly phrased.  When in dedicated mode, you can
bring your system back either by starting the controlling subsystem or
calling the startup program.  Jay is right, the startup program will not
start the controlling subsystem, but in dedicated mode, it is already
running.
