IPRTR00002

I have just put a 720 into service and I have a job called IPRTR00002
that is taking up over 91% of the system.  It shows up in WRKSYSACT, but
not WRKACTJOB.  It has no user or job number associated with it.
Judging from the job name I assume it has something to do with IP
routing, but can not figure out why it is clobbering my system.  Anyone
have any ideas?
