There's no overall "SAVTCPCFG" command. Many of the
settings are kept in physical files. The TCP/IP
reference has information on this. There are files,
QUSRSYS/QATOC*, that contain a lot of the settings,
including interfaces, routes, services, etc. There are
also files in QTCP that look like containers for the
config settings for things like FTP, etc. But these
might be shells, the real ones may be in QUSRSYS.

These could be backed up and restored, I'd think.
