Dave as for the page range problem....with the printer set as a remote
outq you cannot use the page range feature like you usually do with a
"real" hard wired printer.
Your recourse at this time is to set the imagerunners up as *LAN printer
using the SNMP driver.

Look here -->
http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase.nsf/1ac66549a21402188625680b0002037e/94e73364f979e388862569030071c398?OpenDocument&Highlight=0,snmp

I seem to recall a firmware update on the imagerunner so support this.

===================
We have 2 Canon ImageRunners (a 550 and a 400s) connected to our network.
I
have setup a remote outq for each one and can print to them from our
iSeries
except there are two thing that aren't working: page range and file
separators. Per IBM's website recommendations on "ASCII Printers from
Canon"
(http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase.NSF/0888cc5d18fceca58625680b005dc690/e
9bd60440bf30f3c862569c100795cad?OpenDocument), I have configured the
MFRTYPMDL parameter as *HP4, RMTPRTQ is set to 'PRINT', DESTTYPE is
*OTHER,
TRANSFORM is *YES, WSCST is *NONE, IMGCFG is *NONE, DESTOPT is 'XAIX',
SEPPAGE is *NO and JOBSEP is 1. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Dave
