For some reason, this is only supported by PTF.  The CCSID parm is
*PCASCII.


Don't know the number, but it's small and can be downloaded quickly.  No
IPL
necessary to apply.

As a workaround, I think you might be able to create the file with
CPYTOSTMF--copy a dummy file with the correct name, and then do the
CPYTOIMPF with the real data *REPLACE.  I don't trust my memory, though.

IMHO, it's a shame that the CCSID parm isn't standard equipment.
