Ed Fishel kindly searched out this excerpt from the V2R3 Memo To Users:

| If you wish to run your [RPG] programs at security level of 50
| (QSECURITY of 50), the following programs need to be recompiled:
| System/38-compatible RPG and native RPG/400 programs using
| WORKSTN files that were compiled before Version 2 Release 2,
| except as follows:

| Programs compiled in Version 2 Release 2 with TGTRLS(*PRV)
| with PTF 5738RG1 SF12493 applied do not have to be
| recompiled.  Programs compiled in Version 2 Release 1
| Modification 1 with TGTRLS (*CURRENT), with PTF 5738RG1 SF12577
| applied do not have to be recompiled.
