We are going to need to upgrade to a new iSeries machine next year. (Our current model 170 is starting to have trouble handling the increasing interactive demand.) My CFO is considering outsourcing our data processing activity rather than buying a new box. Can anyone give me an idea of the pros and cons of such a move? What questions should I ask an outsource service provider to insure that they are the best fit for our company? (I have some ideas, but I don't want to overlook anything.) Also, if anyone has any experience running the ERP package PRMS in an outsourced environment, I really like to hear about your experience. Thanks for your assistance, Janell Haskins Programmer/Analyst Knit-Rite, Inc. (913) 281-4600, ext. 113
