Are you getting a message or something? Another way to look is to open iSeries Navigator. Open your system, then Databases, select the library where you think the stored procedure should be. While the actual object does not reside in this library (you've already seen it in SYSPROCS) Navigator will allow you to access it this way. I think they did a nice job of tying it all together.
