Some of our software creates lots of new libs every so often.
I run a SAVNEWLIBS before SAVCHGOBJ.
It's a short CL that dumps never-saved libraries to file & SAVLIBs them in
full,
Stops SAVCHGOBJ trying to save them day after day.
