Will CHGIPLA HDWDIAG(*ALL) only mean anything if you PWRDWNSYS
RESTART(*NO)?  Or can you get it to do the full hardware diagnostics on
PWRDWNSYS RESTART(*YES)?  We are, or will be by 9/21, running V5R2.
