Hi All -

I just got back from a D/R test and was affected by the absence of a V4R5
restore PTF(released 7/23/02).

The PTF is SF67443 - OSP-F/QSRRLCP2-MSGMCH3402-T/QSRRLCP2 RSTLIB *NONSYS
FAILS
It is included with the current HIPER group PTF, but not with C2169450 or
the current Backup Recovery Solutions group PTF.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SA95659 :
-----------------------------------------------
During RSTLIB *NONSYS, several libraries restore, then job fails
msgmch3402. If job is restarted at a specific library, it may
restore a few more libraries, but will fail again. This can also
happen with RSTLIB *ALLUSR and RSTLIB *IBM.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SA95659 :
-----------------------------
RSTLIB *NONSYS, *ALLUSR and *IBM attempted to use an internal
object that had been deleted. RSTLIB has been corrected to use
  an existing internal object.

When I ran the RSTLIB *IBM it ran through QFAX and failed at QFNTCPL. I
restarted from the beginning and it failed at the same place. RSTLIB
SAVLIB(*IBM) STRLIB(QFNTCPL) finished all of the IBM libs and the RSTLIB
*ALLUSR failed 8 libraries from the end, so I just restored the last 8 libs
one at a time.
