Hey, try working with an IT manager who had been an auditor for on very major accounting firm (the firm in the doghouse these days..), and very very non-technical, at a very famous retail chain where I did some work once.. One of the other contractors, they had him a full month on one simple project, his supervisor kept coming back with changes. When he turned in his hours, this auditor demanded he account for a complete accounting of why they should pay this much over the estimate, without which they were not going to pay it.
