Nelson, I would advise against it. I think most of us would want to know that we had corrupted data so that we could track it down to its ugly source and eliminate it there. Having the problem just get 'fixed' without an error message or any other notice does not strike me as a good idea. Once you know you have corrupt data, then this H-spec could be used to fix the problem.
