Sorry folks, I didn't look hard enough. This problem is described in APAR
MA26058 and is also fixed in V5R1.

We just started implementing W2K SP3 and have come across a problem with
NetServer. If a user attempts to open a file they get an error message
stating that their is not enough storage available. I've determined that
isn't the problem nor is their any issue with permissions. We took a W2K
SP2 user and they were able to open a file. Upgraded them to SP3 and they
couldn't?

I have a question into IBM on this but I was wondering if anyone else had
come across this. I'm upgrading to V5R1 in a month or so, so I have the
same question to V5R1 users........
