I'm using Win2K and under \documents and settings\jfritz\local
settings\temporary internet files\ I see a file dated 8/21/02 called
Cookie:jfritz@unixguide.net. I voted yesterday, so I suspect there's a
connection. It expires 12/30/2010. Let's see if I can vote if I delete it.

Hmm...I've deleted everything I could find on my hard drive pertaining to
unixguide.net. Still can't vote. Rebooted, deleted all cookies, still
can't vote.

Then I asked my friend in the cube next door to try voting. He couldn't
either. Assuming the poll isn't over, the site must be doing something with
the IP address or something that makes everyone who is signed on to our
network look the same. Diabolical. <g>
