The iSeries University is the home for considerable web based technical
education/skills material.

Important among the contents available is FREE detailed education on many
Version 5 and other technical iSeries topics. The information presented
via
the Web Lecture Service application ( WLS ) provides the presentation
charts accompanied by audio information by THE TECHNICAL SUBJECT MATTER
EXPERT.

You are familiar with many of the subject matter experts; they from the
International Technical Support Organization (ITSO), from PartnerWorld for
Developers (PWD), and others.

The presentations are available on the iSeries University at URL ( A
SHORTCUT ):
http://www.ibmweblectureservices.ihost.com/ibm/iseries

Just go to this site, you may have to register - it is easy; I did it, for
the BEST iSeries web based technical information available anywhere.

We would appreciate your feedback on what you find at this site. Feel free
to provide that feedback to me at jengel@us.ibm.com.

............. and GREAT NEWS... Keep an "i" on this site... the ITSO will
be featuring their V5R2 Forum WLS presentations here over the next 60
days.
