I replied off-list. I can send a simple discussion of what I learned about 
/QNTC tracing for those who need it if they send me an e-mail request at:

I don't want to clutter the list nor get people into weird areas unless they 
have a real need. Technically, of course, the request should go to SupportLine 
(or PWD or whomever) rather than me because I can only point out the specifics 
that applied to my situation.
