The important  thing  about this note is
A  they are  stating this properly to comply with  the SEC
B Where these people are being  cut from.

Another  pending action as of  yesterday was IBM's CEO along with many many
other leading  Corporations  have not yet  signed
the  Certifications   that they have  reviewed the  10Ks and other SEC
papers and  personally certify they are correct.  Today is the last day to
comply with that  new law. ( Shades of Enron, Worldcom and  other notables)
