The only reason I know about that table is that we hired a Java programmer who has never heard of iSeries and she is constantly comparing DB2 UDB for iSeries V5R1 to 'other' dialects of DB2 as well as Microsoft SQL and Oracle. We do a lot of stuff, but it is implemented differently. Our latest obstacle is invoking a stored procedure written on Java. --buck
