Ok, it's Monday, I haven't had my coffee yet ... so bear with me.

I submitted a bug to IBM wrt WDSC ... the issue relates to an API used to
extract command definitions to XML.

The status inquiry on the IBM service site indicates that APAR SE07233 has
been created.

Does this indicate a PTF has been created?  Does it mean there is an intent
to create a PTF?

I've actually tried to order the PTF, but get a CPF8C19 message (RC=83,
module=ROC3FPB, macro=READDATA).
