I have a user that is not able to get ops navigator to bring up a green screen from one of the connection. She can sign on to the ZEN delivered icon which directly points to the *.ws file with a couple of those switches thrown in, but when she try's to use the session off navigator she gets the message "PCSERR20Shell executing failed PCSCM.exe not found". I corrected it by adding the path, CA delivery didn't put it in. Anyone seen this? -- [ Content of type application/ms-tnef deleted ]
