Domino config in OpsNav with Win2K problem

I have a new Dell 500SC box, want to use it, among other company things, as
the console for our 2 270s. That's also not going too well, but my question
is about the Domino plugin.

I installed Win2000 Professional, instead of Server. Because OpsConsole
setup talks only about Pro.

The 400 is at V5R1, brand new box
Every time I double-click Network->Server->Domino, I get a message box that
cwbunnav.exe caused (or had) an error and a log is being written. Log in
question is a DRWATSON log and the error has to do with memory access, as
reported.

Any brilliant ideas, besides installing Win98SE? Which I might do.
