The first thing I have to ask is this; Did you compile the dds-prtf as *AFPDS, I could be off, I remember for sure the print file for the BOX to work needs to be afpds, not just ipds, but I believe is does need to be this for barcode also. I have to ask the other question too: Is your HP set-up with a IPDS emulation card/box? Do you have PSF/400 installed on your AS/400? Also on your printer definition, the IMGCFG parm should be set to: *IMGC04 : and play with that, depending on your application, you may need one of the other formats. HTH Mark A.
