Adam, the info you posted did not ring a bell with me.  Perhaps someone else
on the list can determine the model number from that.

Hmmm, I keep forgetting, IBM uses the term 'type' to designate a piece of
hardware.  A type has 4 digits.  Your earlier post listed a "Type: DGHS",
but I don't think that's useful information.  I haven't looked at one in
quite awhile, but I gotta believe it's on the drive housing somewhere.
Perhaps embossed???
