You could have when it was in Beta.  This gone now, but I was poking
around the IBM FTP site and found V5R2 of clientaccess, oops I meant
iSeries Access)
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/as400/products/clientaccess/win32/files/temp/

Don't forget to get the service pack for it.
