I just installed a new 820 with 5.1 for a client and have cfg'd a number of printers on the system (both PJL and rmtoutq) and they all work except an HP 5M. IBM's ASCII PRINTER SUPPORT page groups all HP 5 Series into one group *HP5. but this printer just won't print from the 820. I can ping it. Sometimes I get a error back and other times the job says printing and is gone. This printer works fine from the W2K devices on the network and it has an internal jetdirect. Anyone have one of these cfg'd?
