Is your output a file or display/report? There IS a DIGITS function that can be used in creating a RESULT field - leading zeroes and no decimal point, unfortunately. You can format a column with an edit code or edit word. Can a user edit code cause left justifying? I've never created one. Just curious - is SQL out of the question because it's not installed? Because if so, it is still usable through Query management queries.
